Prices

Our prices and the delivery cost participation applied to your order may change from time to time. The current range of products and prices are displayed on our website. The prices quoted in swiss Francs (CHF) are inclusive value-added tax (VAT) and apply to all orders.

 

 

Portrayal of Products

Every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note there may be color variations dependant on the production batch and natural variations.

Order

The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract. When you place an order with cara coccinella, we send you an e-mail with a receipt confirming your order and listing the details (order confirmation). In providing the goods for dispatch or by deliveries of the goods by the publisher, the sales contract is regarded as closed. The availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

Delivery

The goods are shipped properly packaged by courier to customers within Switzerland. Orders placed on our website are processed once a week and we aim to dispatch orders within 14 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 7 - 10 days. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Terms of Payment

Customer deliveries occur only against advance payment. This can be provided as follows: Paypal, ApplePay or credit card payment.

Returns and Approval Returns

If you are unhappy with a product, please notify us within 8 days of receiving your order at caracoccinellastudio@gmail.com and let us know why you would like to return the item. If your return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and saleable condition together with the original packaging and we will offer you an exchange or refund depending on the nature of the return. The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. Returns must be sent to the address from which the delivery of the goods was carried out. This is the return address on the package, or on the delivery note. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.   

 

 

Damaged Product

If a product arrives damaged, we will replace it, if you let us know the latest within 3 days after you've received the product. To do so send us an e-mail with a photo of the damaged good(s). We will inform you on how two proceed from there. Please do not send us unsolicited goods back. Refunds or credits as a result of exchange or return due to damaged goods, occur exclusively to the bank account or the PayPal account, through which the payment was settled.

This contract is subject to swiss law. Sole place of jurisdiction is Biel, Switzerland.
